Check in and out was a breeze. Any questions we had were answered and very quickly. The kids loved the pool and all the game options. We will definitely be back. I wish the air thermostat could be lowered a few degrees. My husband and I had two of the fans on us plus one we brought and were still hot and uncomfortable during sleeping. I appreciate that you had extra fans in rooms to help.
