Very clean at this location. Was so grateful for the peace and privacy. Definitely a place I will come back to! Also a nice biking trail near by for those that love nature!

We had a great stay! Kelvin was an incredible host- he was super responsive, especially when we were having issues with the WiFi. House was clean and just as described. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Our family had a lovely stay at Kelvin's home! Kelvin was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. The house was spotless and very welcoming. It was just what we were looking for, and the neighborhood is beautiful. It was perfect for moving our son into UTampa which was about a 15 minute drive.

Would definitely rent again. Loved that they provided more than just a "starter" supply of household items. Plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, etc. Showers had good water pressure and got hot fast. Pool was large and well heated. Pool toys were a hit with the kids. Kids also loved the retro games on the TV. Being a Tesla owner, having the charger made it so easy. Since we rented over the holidays loved that a Christmas tree and a few decorations made it more festive. Host was very responsive. All and all great.

Kelvin was an exceptional host. Always responding and cooperating, I wish I had more time to stay on this place , will definitely book again if I come back to the area , all five stars to Kelvin and the good hospitality provided . Kelvin is a professional host not just anyone. Feeling like home and I am sad that my flight is today .

My stay at Kelvin's place was great!! It was easy to find and had off street parking which was a plus!! The place was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a long stay!! He was also very great at responding to any questions I had in a very timely and friendly matter!! Would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again if visiting the area!!!

My first time using Airbnb and everything was great! Kelvin was a fantastic host, he was super friendly and quickly answered all of my questions. The place was great, just like in the photos and super clean. The washer/dryer combo was the icing on the cake, I had everything I needed. If you're visiting Tampa and want something close to Busch Gardens or Adventure Island, this is the place!

Great place for a long-term stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The house was close to restaurants and shopping, but nestled away in a quiet neighborhood. Kelvin was an excellent host!
