Check in and out was a breeze. Any questions we had were answered and very quickly. The kids loved the pool and all the game options. We will definitely be back. I wish the air thermostat could be lowered a few degrees. My husband and I had two of the fans on us plus one we brought and were still hot and uncomfortable during sleeping. I appreciate that you had extra fans in rooms to help.

(see warning below!) Check in was straightforward. Location was good, places to eat/shop within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. The home had central air so that was great. Room was clean/spacious. Bathroom was shared but well maintained & I was able to use comfortably as needed. Unfortunately, my stay was ruined by the other guests which is somewhat out of the host’s control. The red head guy with glasses in room 1 was an absolute egomaniac & long term. Completely incapable of even basic manners. I would not book again if I knew he was on property. If you book, I would not recommend to speak with him at all, safest just to ignore him as he will ignore you, haven’t met anyone that rude & unhinged in awhile!!! He also loved slamming doors all day very loudly!!! Thankfully I also checked out around the time another guest checked in who was screaming for hours outside my window. Forgot how crazy people in Florida can be 😅 Nothing malicious, just wanted to warn others…stay safe y’all

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I truly enjoyed two weeks of peaceful and relaxing time here. The host was very responsive, provided accurate information, and was always patient and helpful throughout my stay. I would gladly choose to stay here again in the future!

This place is exceptionally functional. It has everything you need. We stayed there for 1 weeek with 3 young children and we had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and easy. The host is very responsive and kind. The area is exceptionally charming and walking around was truly such a pleasure. We are very pleased with our stay and highly recommend.

This house was a great stay! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed and then some - electronic device chargers, pool accessories, board games/cards. The location was great - close proximity to dining and dining. Kelvin was a great host and very responsive. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

Very clean at this location. Was so grateful for the peace and privacy. Definitely a place I will come back to! Also a nice biking trail near by for those that love nature!

My stay at Kelvin's place was great!! It was easy to find and had off street parking which was a plus!! The place was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a long stay!! He was also very great at responding to any questions I had in a very timely and friendly matter!! Would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again if visiting the area!!!

My first time using Airbnb and everything was great! Kelvin was a fantastic host, he was super friendly and quickly answered all of my questions. The place was great, just like in the photos and super clean. The washer/dryer combo was the icing on the cake, I had everything I needed. If you're visiting Tampa and want something close to Busch Gardens or Adventure Island, this is the place!
